This website contains just about everything you need to know about living at the building whether your are looking to move-in or are a seasoned resident.

New to the building? Owners, residents and agents are requested to register their details with management using the below form so they can be kept up to date with building matters, registered for Buildinglink (see below) and contacted if needed. You will also be sent a copy of the New Resident Welcome Pack which outlines the key items you need to know when occupying the building, also available at Useful information & FAQ where you will find answers to the majority of questions asked about the building.

Sevana Lane Cove utilises a building management program, ‘Buildinglink’ to manage the buidling, communicate with residents and provide a porthole for residents to report and track maintenance items, you will be provided with a login to this program once registered.
